About us
Quinton Hooker
President
Quinton is a husband and father passionate about connecting with people and creating positive, lasting change. After playing professional basketball for eight years across six countries, he now leads the foundation with purpose, serving families and empowering youth one step at a time.
Brehana Hooker
Board Chair
Brehana discovered her passion for athletics in 2nd grade, competing in soccer, basketball, track, and swimming. She credits sports as her foundation for leadership and perseverance, and is driven to inspire the next generation through sport-centered community impact.
Raynard Hooker
Treasurer
Raynard brings 20+ years in commercial insurance, a decade as a MSHSL basketball official, and extensive youth coaching experience. Early mentorship at the Milwaukee Boys Club shaped his lifelong commitment to expanding youth access and community impact through sports.
Ronde Berry
Secretary
Ronde is pursuing a legal education with a focused commitment to becoming an attorney. He is driven by a passion for advocacy and empowering others through informed, purpose-driven leadership.
Michael Shanks
General Board Member
Michael brings 25 years of experience as a Senior Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. His family and commitment to service inspire his dedication to financial empowerment and intentional support of youth development.
Cayla Smith
General Board Member
Cayla is a former Division I athlete at the University of Wisconsin and professional basketball player overseas in Germany, Turkey, and Sweden. Now a wife, mother, and business owner, she is passionate about helping youth set meaningful goals and build skills for success.
Mark Will
General Board Member
Mark is the owner of The Studio and Willpower Strength & Fitness in Edina, with 30+ years in health and fitness. A former powerlifting world champion, he is passionate about mentoring youth through fitness, faith, and community connection.
Joshua Wleh
General Board Member
Joshua is a Correctional Supervisor committed to fostering safer, more supportive environments within the justice system. He leads with empathy and integrity, dedicated to guiding youth toward positive futures through mentorship and community care.

Yes! Any lightly used sports gear is more than welcomed and help serve youth who are in need.
